Warranty

(1).Three (3) years warranty against Structural failure caused by corrosion, deterioration from exposure to weather, defective materials and workmanship for all galvanized post and vinyl coated steel platform.
(2).One (1) year warranty against structural failure of springs and castings.
(3) One (1) year warranty against all steel play system components including railings, climbers, and rungs against structural failure caused by defective materials and workmanship.
(4) Three (3) years warranty against defects on materials and workmanship for plastic materials.
(5) One (1) year warranty on all products not listed above against structural failure caused by defective materials or workmanship.
(6) These limited warranties are against failure caused due to material. It does not include normal/climatic wear and tear, overuse, abuse, mishandling, vandalism, negligence and cosmetic items (such as scratches, dents, marring, fading/discoloring due to acids/pigments etc, and weathering). This warranty shall be valid only if equipments are installed and maintained as per our installation manual. This warranty covers only repair and replacement of parts, which will be warranted only for the balance period. After warranty has expired full spare part support shall be available, but client shall have to purchase the spares.
